My first painting since school !

Had a 'Batik Painting' day course today with a friend. Brilliant ! Made two proper pictures and an initial play about with paint and wax. This was my first real piece (0ur teacher did make a few tweaks but am not telling which bits they were :-)) ). It's copied from a card my friend took. She painted the same thing and they were both quite presentable. I promise you that I have not done any painting since I was probably 12/13. The initial putting wax and paint on paper was scary !!!
