In Memory

In memory I lit a candle
To someone who had passed
A prayer I gently said
A favour there I asked
Remember, please, your loved ones
Who continue still to grieve
Wrap your wings around them
Tell them you'll never leave
For each day for you
Their tears they gently flow
Their love for you stays strong
But, you're an angel, so of course, you know
