Home made spit roast!

We visited friends who were camping on Exmoor today and Jo has built a spit roast himself. He made a wood fire and roasted a shoulder of lamb over it, accompanied by baked potato, roasted onion and mint sauce it was absolutely lovely. Especially when the marshmallows came out. The kids (read all of us!!) loved those!!
