Rudbeckia in Rudbeck's home town

Linnaeus named this lovely plant after his teacher in Uppsala Olof Rudbeck the younger and his father.

I found this plant close to Uppsala railway station. The station and the surrounding area is now starting to get in order after a major rebuilding project. It started Autumn 2005 and all the important bits will be in place next spring. I will blip more of it later.
