Simply Red...

Obviously bored this morning as we wait to find out what the weather will do...

One of the things most noticeable about living here is the seasonality of the fruit and vegetables... along with the non conforming shapes and colours that wouldn't be allowed in the main supermarkets !

There are always bananas at Banana Junction and the green of the Mango has now been replaced with the reds and browns of the Pomegranate...

Lucky for us we no longer have to pick the seeds out with a pin, our lovely housekeeper, Camilla has learned the Nigella Lawson method of extracting the red gems !
