Browns Bash

After months of late nights, tears & (some) tantrums, the Browns 40th Anniversary was finally finished & launched at the Browns restaurant at Covent Garden.
It was a pretty exciting experience attending an invite only event.
My designs were everywhere. On tv screens, banners, posters, menus, leaflets, bags, maps & of course, the book itself.
Beverley Knight was there singing too as a bit of a cross PR thing since she is also 40 this year.
There was an abundance of beautiful food (even oysters!), fabulous drinks mixologists & there were even bottled & labelled cocktails featuring more of my design!
Glenn & I chatted with some of the Browns bigwigs when Clare & Katy were busy being perfect hosts.

Everything was well received & it was nice to overhear people talking about how they liked the design & styling. I liked the anonymity of no-one knowing that I was behind it all.
There was even talk of a reprint at the end of the year to include the events of 2013.

All in all, it was nice to be invited & attend such an event & it kind of served as a bit of a reward for all the hard work.
