Baking with Lia!

After work I went to the most amazing Waterstones I've ever seen, in town, it had about five floors plus overspill on the landings on the stairs, and everything you've ever needed. Got Sam a book, hopefully not a useless shelf-sitter!

Decided to make cupcakes for Tim and Francesca's impending stay - vanilla with chocolate ganache, and chocolate with vanilla icing. I made twice as many as intended so I could take some to Sam's for his birthday (and was embarrassed the next day at seeing Orla's perfect cupcakes in comparison with my messy and quite bland ones!)

Tried to clean the house a little, and get ready for the next day..!
