Yum!

I made this French recipe for a savoury "cake" for lunch today, just to ring the changes.
It has cheese, bacon, pistachios, dried fruit and eggs in it, and was very tasty!
Just serve a slice or two with a salad, and lunch is ready!
I'm feeling a little faint - we are going out to the cinema tonight !!
