East Links Farm, Dunbar

Had a little trip to Dunbar today, thanks to Siri I didn't get lost!
Daughter had been asking to visit East Links since she visited during the summer holidays with the childcare club, today, I gave in!
We had fantastic weather which, in Scotland, is always a bonus!
Feeding many animals, sheep, ponies/donkey/a very large Clydesdale horse, goats, chickens, lamas, cows, deer and we also bottle fed a 6 week old very very noisy piglet!
I was amazed that deer would actually come close enough to feed from our hand! The electrified fence soon put pay to the braver ones from doing this!! ⚡It also gave G a good shock too!
We both had fun playing in 'the fort' until I bashed my elbow, I'm now sporting a lovely bruise! G got bitten on the back by a donkey when she foolishly turned her back on it. So she is now sporting a bruise On her back!
While there I got a call from my mother saying she had just come back from A+E with a broken elbow! Puts our bruises to shame!
Looking forward to a lovely quiet day tomorrow doing the housework I didn't get done today. At least mum now has an excuse for not doing hers, dad will just have to don the marigolds for a wee while!
