Cartmel.

We are staying in the lovely village of Cartmel; which I think this photo sums up very well. It is home to it's very own racecourse where meetings take place each year, gorgeous views which are surrounding you and what you can't see here... sticky toffee pudding. It's the perfect location for a peaceful holiday! (well, if the races aren't on)
