GALLING!!

Popped into town briefly this morning to tie up some loose ends at the travel agents.
We had lunch at our favourite Italian restaurant - delicious.
We spent the afternoon relaxing in the garden. We went for a walk late in the afternoon. Mr. MS7 spotted these galls on an oak tree. there seemed to be quite a few - a lot were attached to acorns but some appeared to be independent, unless the acorns were really small and had been engulfed.
