Looks like Autumn is not far away
We spent our usual Saturday morning at the Library. The cafe is still under attack by wasps but our trusty swatters came to our aid once again!
Then we had a gentle stroll around Cully, stopping off at the Farmers' Market where we bought a yummy sausage roll for Leo's lunch, and then took the route home via the Community Fields.
As we wandered alongside the leat we saw loads of trees starting to shed their leaves and we stopped to pick up the prettiest maples as the are our favourite as they remind us of Nina in Canada. We managed to collect quite a handful so I popped them in vase when we got home so Leo can admire them until they dry up!
Then had a lazy first half of the afternoon but made up for it later by going to Dart's Farm. Whilst Ian enjoyed the Treatment Loft I did the farm walk and checked out the wetlands and bird hide. Managed to get over 20k steps for the day so that should help work off some of the lovely steak sandwich I had at Dart's Farm :)
