Went to the match this afternoon. Newcastle were pretty poor in the first half but came to life in the second. So many shots on target. Loads of saves by the Fulham goalie - and one smashing goal by Hatem Ben Arfa. He waited until the 86th min to score - cutting it fine to say the least. Newcastle won 1 - 0. A welcome 3 points.

My blip is of one of the stewards at the ground showing someone where his seat is. He's really friendly and helpful. He's a big lad isn't he.

The weather was great this afternoon - really sunny and warm - even hot at times. Wish it had been like this last weekend for the BBQ.

After the match I did a bit of shopping ( fruit and salmon from Waitrose and a top from M & S ) and got home about 7pm.

No rest for Neil as he is at work today till 10pm. He went out before I woke up so I haven't seen him yet.
