Victory for Finland

Last year when I shot this event, Anna Virmajoki from Team Bombshell, Helsinki won the Amateur Bikini Fitness Class, over 163 cms in height. Then she went on to win the Overall Bikini Fitness title at that event, qualifying her for a Pro card.

This year she came back and did it again, this time blitzing an international field to take the title tonight in the 2013 Nordic Pro Bikini Class. Her first pro victory earns her entry to the Bikini Olympia in Las Vegas next month, along with a nice cheque. Paladian and I will also be covering that event.

I grabbed this shot of the winning group while shooting the video of the event. I was desperate for something to blip tonight. It has been a very long day and this was the best I could come up with.

Back again to the Nordic Fitness Expo tomorrow for the rest of the Finnish National Fitness & Bodybuilding Championships.
