busy on the beach

A walk up to the local sandy spot next to the yacht club. They were all geared up for Labor Day festivities, picnic tables across the lawn, ladies in white. We were busy on the beach, Em making crab soup, paddling, skinning knees, dress tucked into pants. Here we are having a little rest from chasing Em across the sands.
