Introducing DD

Last night I went over to Selby to collect DD. She is a 5 year old Pixiebob cat. I'd never heard of the breed before and am still learning about them. I had set out to get a rescue kitten/cat and my search took me to DD.

She is from a really loving family that are heartbroken to see her go, but work and family commitments mean they no longer have the time she needs. They were very happy for her to go with me, they thought I was just the person DD needed! More like I need DD.

She settled to the flat straight away, taking her time to have a good ol mooch about. Bedtime was another story! Neither of us had much sleep!!

Today was great though. She loves her scratch post, this was the only decent picture I could manage to get of her. Hopefully tomorrow I'll get more.
