The Last Week

As we come to the last week of the children's summer holiday I can look back over the last weeks and using photographs recall the times.

For the first year in a long time we didn't go away, a change in employment for me plus Clare's last Uni placement meant that we two couldn't get away, it also meant that for some days the children were left to their own devices.

No visitors other than Mark, good weather for most of the time and no pre-made plans meant that Sam Nd Josh could "do their own thing", unwind and relax.

It will not be long before it gets darker in the late afternoon and it turns cold and wet but in the meantime lets enjoy the still hot last few days of the holiday.
