Generater of the economy (?)

Quite apparent I think that construction sights nowadays still show how the economy is getting on.

Lots of discussions going on weather or not this country should raise it's value added tax to 8% from the current rate of 5%.
But I'm sure the government will make a wise and brave decision sometime this month to keep the trust of our government bonds and currency.
They need quire a bit of work to seek a solution for the unsustainable budjet where half of the revenue is financed by debts.
And suppose it's the right time to do so when the economy shows signs of growth and the core CPI is finally showing some improvements to rise a bit.
