Strandkorb

Our friends Carmen and Hilmar celebrated anniversary today with a lovely Grillparty.

They've spent a lot of time this year completely renovating their house and garden/land (they have a LOT of land) and my favourite area is the beach area complete with Strandkorb.

I've yet to go to the beach here in Germany but I look forward to experiencing either the Nordsee or the Ostsee from the comfort of one of these beauties.

They would be great in Scotland.
