Too much for me as I'm very unfit at the moment! F, R and H had a very enjoyable but tiring ride. It was a very hot day. Even though we were all up early as they had wanted an early start, they were out during the hottest time of the day.

F thinks that they cycled for at least 25 kms. They were all totally jiggered when they returned to the hotel.
