Build a Bike!

While up at Cathkin Braes I watched this guy take his bike out if the boot of his car, build it up, don helmet and backpack and then set off on one of the cycle routes all in the space of a couple of minutes. I'm not sure if he was following the easy, moderate or extreme route - there are some interesting obstacles needing careful negotiating especially when cycling at top speed.
