Mushroom & red wine pie for lunch
Had some leftover red wine today so decided to make mushroom pies. Used Maggie Beer's sour cream pastry recipe but substituted the plain flour with a mixture of spelt and rye. Filling is packed with mushrooms, onion, garlic, thyme and, of course, red wine. And I made enough so I can eat another tomorrow!
