The Darkness Helps!

I took this shot after waking up around 02:45 today - yes, I was slightly surprised that I was very much concious! The moon was very very very bright! I also noticed that Venus was shining right next with the moon! So I had the option of attempting to get up and take a picture or avoiding noise to wake everyone else up. So, within the next few seconds I quickly and quietly ran through to get my camera! By the time I got back (a few seconds) guess what?

The moon and Venus desided to run away amongst clouds - ahhh that was great!
Awake at this time and having nothing to take a pic of I was very angry with myself! But the depressive period did not last long - a beam of light appeared (very angelic I thought!) and I managed to take the pic with some of the trees and hills in the background! Then I stayed awake to read some Green Lantern comics! It was awesome!!

Great day! (Even better - I received my re-matriculation letter today - back to UNIVERSITY!!! YAY!!)
