Breaking through the bars

In a supermarket carpark in Pézenas. This lovely old olive tree must have been in the way when they built the wall, so instead of cutting it down they made a gap in the wall for it and built the bars around it. So now it can carry on growing. If only our local council could agree to make the planned pavement and roundabout with as much concern for the plane trees they intend to fell.
