A Special Day

It was a very special family day when we sat in the garden and spent a long time chatting throughout the afternoon. Mother wasn't very well but she didn't want to disappoint us - so, she very bravely sat with us and participated in the conversation - and pleasantly surprised us with her 'expert' and apt comments from time to time.

The happiest moments of my life have been the few which I have passed at home in the bosom of my family.
