A different way of growing up

Green (that's the little guy's nickname) is growing up with 16 brothers and sisters, including his twin. When I asked how long Green has lived at the children's home, Dad said, "Since before he was born." Mom came to stay a couple months before the twins were born and stayed for a couple months afterwards. In the four years since then, all these boys have known for family are the children's home siblings and parents. From what we saw though, this is a great place for these kids. They are growing up loved and well adjusted, with plenty of smiles and laughter along the way.

While the weather was nowhere near cold, we still enjoyed singing songs around the jumping flames tonight.
