Peep show

Today was chicken viewing day at my mate Karen's. We were invited round to see her 3-day old Serama chicks. There were 5 of them, all adorable and we got to hold one too. Then it was home with a box of eggs in my bike panier to dinner of, you guessed it, roast chicken. Man's perfidy is total.

Back to work tomorrow and September has blown in on a chilly wind as if to remind us that glorious summers do not last forever.
