Slow cooking....

In the dark depths of the slow cooker the lamb is getting ready for dinner. Went on at 10 this morning.

Been slow cooking for years. Very useful to be able to put the meal together first thing, forget about it, and then come home to a succulent joint with all the original juices to prepare the sauce with. It can turn even a mediocre joint into a very nice meal.
