New season...coaching with daddy!

The boys went off early to register for this seasons rugby and came back with rosy faces. Em is joining the girls squad on Thursday, so it was a pleasure not having to stand around keeping imi amused. We stayed at home and completed homework in readiness for the new term.
Popped to sainsburys to get a few bits for tea and ended up delivering first aid and keeping a man alive after he'd fallen and had a fit. Was worried he wasn't going to make it as he started to struggle to breathe and go very blue. I got some gloves and prized his mouth open. He was starting to come round when the paramedic arrived and then I left to carry on my shopping...couldn't remember what I'd gone for!!!
Feeling pretty wiped out now...
