I was enjoying a rare moment of me-time this morning when I happened to notice the article I had carelessly rested my cup on. Middle age? I thought, nothing to do with me. Then I realised, I was reading the paper - with a pot of tea, early on Sunday morning in Marks and Spencer's cafe!! What's more, I was enjoying the peace and quiet! Rock and Roll anyone?
