Beef rendang for dinner, sizzling away on the hob in the le creuset. Just the best recipe, filling the house with amazing aromas - lemongrass, garlic, ginger, coconut. Recipe here - try it, it's a winner (don't worry about the Thai salad - just some rice will do).

Crap weather - perfect meal. Oh, and a nice Riesling is the recommended wine ;-)

Everybody should do recipes and meals for a week - would be fascinating.
