special donut

continuing my unhealthy week (it has been stressful!) I went to the park with Caroline for lunch with a bakery treat! so good!! I also bought a dress for Katie's wedding next month and valiantly attempted to counteract this donut by walking to the hospital to visit Dad! from door to door it was 40 minutes so not bad : )

Dad is doing really well, I think the meds and pain relief is nicely balanced. I've still not really had a decent sleep but once we got back at around 8pm we cooked a tasty dinner and watched The Social Network which Luke has not seen, so very good.
