A speckled wood butterfly, happily posing on the stinging nettles at the end of the garden... usually they fly off as soon as they see you, but this one was quite happy to stay there!

Grand old bird

Day at home again, no gym, not well enough. Tomorrow though! Managed to start some painting, make some jewellery, read some of my new book & generally laze around - I must say the detox does make me go to bed earlier in the evenings, I sleep really well, then get up earlier then usual - so the day is longer, duh! I've never been a morning person, always a night owl, so this might be good thing! :) xxx
