Eel be juggling

Crossing Waterloo Bridge this morning with the army of commuters heading into the city, I spied this cormorant in the river way below me. I had just enough time to grab my camera and take a shot before the bird and its breakfast dived into the murky water. The cormorant bobbed up again in no time, with a gobbling gesture, so I presume he won his breakfast.

A day of work stuff happening - all rosy and very busy. It's also fun work. Yay!

I've just had to dash outside to rescue Big Sid and Sybil from the torrential rain. I think they're happy to be in as there is a lot of excited burbling to be heard from amongst the hay.

Cheesy potato surprise in the oven... can't wait for a rainy night in.
