sleepy Storm

Another busy day at the puppy house. The morning was spent in preparation for a barbeque, the official opening of our porch/pergola. The puppies knew routine was out and were underfoot during food prep. They had their first taste of raw meat. I didn't know their tails could wag that much! Everyone who came was a dog lover so plenty of cuddles and declared intentions to leave our garden with a puppy hidden in a pocket. I think not.

Emily and Grace had a lick of a beer can our unsuspecting friend had left under his chair. Beer seemed to go down as well as meat but we thought it best not to let them induldge. The pups were great entertainment and a good ice breaker as we were meeting a colleague's wife for the first time.

Picture of the day is Storm in Alice's arms having a snooze before everyone arrived. Nice one of them in the box cuddled up but I've done that before.
