Still reeling

We are all trying to come to terms with the sudden loss of Pesto the cat. The cold light of day brought with it many tears.

The day was busy which was fortunate - we took Richard home and had an indoor picnic with Fi and Hannah as the weather has turned quite cool and blustery. Tom decided to go for a long walk with Richard and stay the night with them which I thought was a jolly good idea. Dan and I took Annie off to Harrogate and deposited her in her 'digs' where she is staying for the last week of technical and dress rehearsals before the show opens on Friday night. The lady she is staying with seems very lovely and Annie was very excited (and I am very envious of this amazing experience!) The three of us then went to get something to eat when Tom rang me in tears again so we went back and got him and he is now tucked up in his own bed after a lovely cuddle on the sofa watching a very good film. (Clint Eastwood's Gran Torino......brilliant!)
