The Highland Gathering

This weekend was the Highland Gathering at the county fair grounds and - after yesterdays experience of horrid traffic jams we took the boy and Grandparents to the fair grounds to meet with friends, and have a lovely day out.

We recently bought a new baby carrier which Wee B loves and today Daddy got to carry his boy in it. Despite Daddy having a bad back most of the time - this carrier puts no pressure anywhere that makes it sore, so they could both have a blast.

Wee B seems particularly taken with the ponies that were giving rides and the pipers that he stood and watched with Daddy. HE was less entertained by the caber tossing - he fell asleep and slept through cheering, shouting and a freight train.
