Punting on the Cam
Took Gail's Mum's ashes to Newmarket racecourse today and scattered them across the gallops (we DID have permission) - she used to be a racehorse jockey in her youth. Gail and her sister Wendy looked on as I set Daisy "free" - but my mother-in-law had the last say, by a freak change of wind, she blew back and slapped me in the face - ash in the eyes! Typical.
On the way to Newmarket, we stopped off in Cambridge and had an hours punt-cruise. I managed a few shots, but liked this "low headroom" pic. He did duck, and fit under the bridge.
