Stuffing a courgette

Karen, pictured left on the first day of her retirement from teaching (in that she would normally have been starting school today after the summer hols) reminded us that it was Shirley Conran who reputedly said "Life's too short to stuff a mushroom." Karen was actually stuffing a courgette today, while Anne (right in the pic) was making garlic, and behind her you can see a pod of peas. I was constructing the 7th onion (6 having already been made by other worker bees).
