Random!!

My sister came to visit us this evening and we went to the supermarket to get supplies for our Bank holiday weekend camping trip. We got home about 9pm and this is what we saw as we reached home! At first I thought there was a tortoise on the bonnet of my neighbours car! Upon closer inspection it was actually an upside down hanging basket! Still very random.
