Felices Fiestas

Went to a fiesta in Comares last night - watched typical dancing with castanets, massive tambourines, singing from all ages and loads of other instruments. Watched St. Hilarious being paraded round the streets with a brass band. Loads of fireworks. And then a band on a huge stage dancing the whole time to songs including 'who's the king of the jungle' and 'knights in white satin' (!) all with loads of people in the streets, at tables, on their front steps, etc. etc.
