Is this Bale worth £85m? I suppose if it was made of gold it could well be, and it certainly appears to be golden in this lovely warm evening sun.

I've always admired shots of this sort of bale in evening sun so I wanted to try it for myself. I haven't made too much of a mess of it.

In other news the daily 7.30-evening grind at Jewson is beginning to appeal to me as much as a weekend break in Damascus, and I'm beginning to think a refocus of my objectives may be in order. I'm closer now to achieving my career goal of Branch management and all the associated perks, but the closer I get the more I suspect that my utopia isn't work based at all.
