feel not good regarding

my piano - have to say I hardly played the last weeks and thats normally not me.... did cancel my piano lessons for three times as was sooo busy but will return back to my piano lessons next week and then on a regular basis again... the bad thing is the less I play the worse I play and when I realize this I dont want to play so I play less - then worse and and and....
