Burano

A tiny island in Venice's lagoon, Burano is quiet, colorful, and quaint. They make lace here and have for many, many years. Very bright and sunny today - but not hot. We have had perfect weather. Spent a lot of time on boats today: bus boats (vaporetti) to and from the tour bus and from Venice to a couple of small islands, and a gondola ride in Venice. The air was so soft. Now we are packing up for our final full tour day tomorrow when we head for Milan.
