St Pauls .......

We arrived in London just after 9am. and were checked in at our hotel by 9.45, not bad considering we left home at 7am . First visit of the day was over to the East of the city , and the Emirates Cable car. This is such a great way to cross the Thames and get some amazing views of Canary Wharf and the O2.
We then headed back to Westminster, as we had pre booked a tour of the houses of Parliament. This was superb, and I would thoroughly recommend doing this tour.
We had afternoon tea "USA style" over at BRGR in Soho . Really neat idea , you get three different burgers, a portion of fries, a milkshake, a glass of iced tea, a donut, a cheesecake and chocolate cookie, washed down with a nice cool glass of Prosecco.
After this we went back to the hotel for a sit down.
At 7.30pm we headed out to the Millenium bridge, to watch the sunset. We were staying two minutes away from St Pauls, so it was a nice way to end the day. By 9.30pm it was lights out.
