Was held up a little on posting this blip while we dealt with a wee alien invasion - you can see in this shot one of the alien ship's lasers (I'm guessing that is what it was) striking an unfortunate house on the other side of the harbour.

Disaster was averted however as all the occupants of the houses struck by their laser thingy were at the pub recovering from their Friday and when the aliens did finally land they were shown typical Southern hospitality and fed so many of the traditional Otago cheese rolls (slice of white bread, add cheddar cheese, roll it up, put butter on it, chill it, sell for a ridiculous amount of money to raise funds for your kindergarten/school/soccer team) and Speights beer that they were soon incapacitated like much of the rest of the population.
