The Old Joanna

Decided to use my birthday money to get my piano tuned, finally. It hasn't been tuned since I bought it, four years ago and what with the water leak, plastering etc at the old house, and then moving house, I was expecting the worst, but I've got away with having two tunings done - he's coming again on Friday.

He did say 'this is a really nice piano' (it cost £40 from the Salvation Army shop and £20 for delivery...) and then recommended another £150 of work! Looks like that's what I want the Christmas money for! ;-)
