It's the weekend :-)

Busy day and it got to close to the end of it and I realised I hadn't blipped. Busy yes, but more than anything I felt a little preoccupied by what the surgeon had to say yesterday.

Sometimes I think of my Nana a lot. We were very close and this is the first gift I can remember her giving me. I was 2 or 3 years old and she'd returned from a trip to Australia.

Yep, this kangaroo has been around a while ;-) "Kangy" (the remarkable name I gave her) came complete with a little joey (baby). Even more remarkably joey still lives in the pouch and was never lost.

Time to unwind. Happy weekend blippers :-)
