Daddy's birthday!

M's nurse came over this morning. Looks like after her hospital appt in a few weeks she'll be discharged. She's been very lucky, there are lots of kids who have the same condition that suffer for months before they improve.

Kids have been planning a surprise picnic for J for a couple of weeks. So today we had to bake a cake, make pizzas and chop salad veggies. E helped by smashing a few eggs about the place ;-)
