Lifeboat

The highlight of today is hard to choose. It could easily have been the sunshine, chats as the girls slept, chickens roaming the beautiful walled garden at Kellie Castle, a quirky play which saw Beatrix Potter's characters come to life, the friendship shared between two families who don't get together often enough, sand castles, fish and chips or even ice cream but it was the launching of the lifeboats at Anstruther (and news of the swimmer safely ashore) that stole the show!
